Retha has functioned as a culture and organisational change consultant as well as an executive coach for more than 25 years. She has been involved in several large, complex global change initiatives and executive coaching engagements. She is passionate about being part of a transformational journey to become more of who you really are; whether it is an organisation, group or individual. She prefers to operate across inter-disciplinary boundaries to pioneer more effective ways to realise untapped value-adding potential. A thought leader with extensive international experience, she has proven success in improving strategy and measurable results for global clients in various corporate engagements. She has a track record of delivering quality solutions to complex problems utilising broad and diverse knowledge and an experience base spanning 15 countries across the African, European, North and South American as well as Middle Eastern regions. A highly experienced consulting executive, serving as a trusted advisor and veteran coach, accredited with the International Coaching Federation, she has provided coaching support to a wide range of individual leaders(from  C-suite to supervisors) and groups, spanning more than 15 years and 3800 hours of coaching. She is passionate about driving development in the arena of management consulting services to support leader and organisational development, expanding innovation in change and cultural interventions.
